3. Efficient Design and quality Equipment — Easy Maneuvering in the Front of the House by the Customers and in Back of the House by Team, Saving Valuable time. Good Quality equipment would add on to the speed and would have lesser break downs.
4. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) — It’s all about Process. Have written processes, which is easy to understand and replicate.
5. Training & Audit — Brings consistency. Invest in training the Team Members on Hospitality and laid SOP.
6. Forecasting — Invest in a Good POS (Point of Sale Software) which will help is planning the peaks days and hours
7. Engage with the Customer — Engage the Eyes with Food Visuals, Tasting & Samplings. Reduces the wait time. Live Food making noise and a great smell of making food is one of the best noise to hear and smell inside a #restaurant.
